AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PORTION OF TAMARIND AVE-
NUE LYING BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND
SECOND STREET IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Tamarind Avenue lying
between First Street and Second Street in the City of Sanford, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abmdoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim
for itself and the public all interest therein, provided, however, that the
City reserves unto itself a 14-foot utility easemeat lying 7 feet on each
side of the center line of said street.
SECTION 2. That ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st

the 1st day of October, 1962 was POSTED at the front door of
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 2nd day
of October 1962.
