HomeMy WebLinkAbout790ORDINANCE NO. 790 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN- DONING THAT CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 1 THROUGH 3 INCLUSIVE, AND LOTS 7 THROUGH 9 INCLUSIVE, IN PARK VIEW SUBDIVISION. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That that certain North-South alley lying between Lots 1 through 3 inclusive, and Lots 7 through 9 inclusive, in Park View Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 89, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, reserving, however, unto the City of Sanford a 14-foot easement lying 7 feet on either side of the center line of the above-described alley, be and the same i5; hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and adoption.
