HomeMy WebLinkAbout791 ORDINANCE NO. 791 'LAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN- DONING THAT PORTION OF OAK AVENUE, EXTENDED, WHICH LIES SOUTH OF 27TH STREET AND WHICH ABUTTS LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 INCLUSIVE, PARK VIEW SUBDIVISION. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That that portion of Oak Avenue, extended, which lies South of 27th Street and which abutts Lots 1 through 6 inclusive, Park View Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 89, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, reserving, however, unto the City of Sanford a 15-foot utility easement on the westerly 15 feet of the above described, be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and adoption.
