AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY IN R-2 (ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT) TO C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence
or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 10, Tier 7, E. R. Trafford's Map
of Sanford, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be, and the same is hereby transferred from R-2 (One and Two Family
Dwelling) District, to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinanc'e shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

the foregoing Ordinance No. 793, PASSED and ADOPTED by the
City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the llth
day of February, 1963, was POSTED at the front door of the
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the l#th day
of February 1963.
