AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD)
FLORIDA CLOSING) VACATING AND ABANDON=
lNG A PORTION OF GRANDVIEW AVENUE IN
ROSE COURT ADDITION TO SANFORD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD) FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That I40 feet of Grandview Avenue South, abutting
Lot 98 on the South, and lying East of the easterly right-of-way line of
Lily Court, extended South, Rose Court Addition to Sanford, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 3, 4 and 5, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby, closed, vacated
and abandoned as a public street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the
City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
day of March, A.D. 1963.

do hereby certify that a true and correct copy of the foregoing
Ordinance No. 79g, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Commission of
the City of Sanford, Florida, on the llth day of March 1963, was

Florida, on the 12th day of March 1963./
