AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING SECTIONS 18-59 AND
18-60, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED, SAID SECTIONS
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO
TRANSIENT OR ITINERATE SOLICITORS THROUGH
THE CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE, SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ISSUING OFFICER TO THE CITY
CLERK.
SECTION1. That Sections 18-59 and 18-60, The Code of the
City of Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, providing for the requirement
and issuance of permits to transient or itinerate solicitors be, and the
same is hereby amended by substituting City Clerk for City Manager
where the same appears in both of said Sections.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
