ORDINANCE NO. 797
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING STREET RIGHTS OF WAY AND ALLEYS
WITHIN THE SANFORD INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That those certain alleys and street rights of way
within the Sanford Industrial Park described as follows, to-wit:
(a)
That certain East-West alley between Maple Avenue
and Holly Avenue in Block IN, Tier 10, of E. R.
Trafford's Map of Sanford, according to map thereof
recorded in Plat Book I, pages 56-64, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida.
(b)
That portion of Gabbett (Water) Street lying North of and
abutting Block IN, Tier 10, of E. R. Trafford's Map of
Sanford, according to map thereof recorded in Plat Book
1, pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
(c)
That portion of Holly Avenue lying North of the North
right of way line of Fulton Street, according to map
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 56-64, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida.
(d)
That portion of Maple Avenue lying North of the center
line of Gabbett (Water) Street, according to map thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 56-64, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida.
be, and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public
alleys and street rights of way in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the
City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective

City of Sanford, Florida, on the 26th day of March
1963.
