AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THE ALLEY NORTH OF 17TH STREET
BETWEEN PARK AVENUE AND MAGNOLIA
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain north-south alley lying north
of 17th Street between Magnolia Avenue and Park Avenue in Block C,
Markham Park Heights, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 78, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim
for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, 4 1/2
feet on either side of the center line of the above-described property
for a utilities easement.
SECTION 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of May , A.D. 1963.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford~ Florida, on the 28th
day of May, 1963.
