AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
IN LOTS 1, 2 AND 21, BLOCK 2, WYNNEWOOD
SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of the present utilities easement
lying West of the East line and its extension of the westerly 43 feet of
Lot 21, Block 2, Wynnewood Subdivision, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, pages 92, 93 and 94, of the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, said easement being in Lots 1, 2 and 21,
Block 2 of said Wynnewood Subdivision, be, and the same is hereby
closed, vacated and abandoned as a public utilities easement in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 799, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 27th day of May, 1963 was POSTED at the front door of
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 28th
day of May, 1963.
