AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE FRONT YARD
SET BACK REQUIREMENTS IN R-3 AND R-6,
RESIDENTIAL ZONES FROM 25 FEET TO
20 FEET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence
or other purposes, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The front yard set back requirements
applicable to R-3 and R-6 Residential
Zones shall be 20 feet.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June , A.D.
1963.
