AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION
4-1 THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED,
SAID SECTION DESIGNATING THE ZONES IN
WHICH INTOXICATING LIQUORS MAY BE
SOLD, SAID AMENDMENT ADDING AN
ADDITIONAL AREA TO SAID ZONE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 4, Section 4-1 thereof, The
Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, as amended, providing for
zoning for the sale of intoxicating liquors be, and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the area on the East side of Orlando Drive
from the center line of 26th Street to the center line of 27th Street, as
an area within which intoxicating liquors may be sold.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
