AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND AflAN-
DONING THE PORTION OF A NORTH-SOUTH
ALLEY LYING NORTH OF FOURTEENTH
STREET BETWEEN LOCUST AVENUE AND
HICKORY AVENUE IN TIIE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That that portion of a certain north-south alley
lying north of Fourteenth Street Between Locust Avenue and Hickory
Avenue, and abutting Lot 2 on the East, Block 4, San Lanta Subdivision,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 80, Seminole
County Public Records, be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated
and abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and
the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest
therein, reserving, however, 9 1/2 feet on either side of the center
line of the above-described property for a utilities easement.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
