aN ORDIN CE OF THE CITY OF SANFO
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING PORTIONS OF THIRD, FOURTH AND
FIFTH STREETS LYING BETWEEN THE WEST
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PERSIMMON AVENUE
AND THE WEST CITY LIMITS LINE, IN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Third, Fourth and Fifth
Streets lying between the West right-of-way line of Persimmon Avenue
and the West City limits line running along the North and South Quarter
Section line of Section 26, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, be, and
the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public streets in
the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 9th day of September was POSTED at the front door of
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the llth
day of ~eptember, 1963.
