STREET, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the East 27 feet and the West 5 feet of
Maple Avenue extending from the North right of way line of Commercial
Street to the South right of way line of Fulton Street, be, and the same
is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street in the City
of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25rd day of September,
