AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 16 THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954,
AS AMENDED, SAID CHAPTER REGULATING
MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, SAID
AMENDMENT ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION
DESIGNATED AS SECTION 16-10A PROVIDING FOR
BUS ROUTES WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 16, The Code of the City of
Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, the same providing for the
regulation of motor vehicles and traffic, be, and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following section relating to bus routes
within the City of Sanford, Florida:
"Sec. 16-10A. Bus Routes.
/
The drivers of all buses, the ~novement of
which within the city limits, is incidental to the
movement of passengers from a designated point
in the City of Sanford to points outside the City
of Sanford shall confine such movement in the
City to routes designated as provided in Section
16-2 of this Code."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
