AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 16 SECTION
16-2 THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED,
SAID SECTION DESIGNATING THE POWERS
AND DUTIES OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE
AND CITY MANAGER RELATIVE TO TRAFFIC,
SAID AMENDMENT PROVIDING FOR THE ES-
TABLISHMENT OF BUS ROUTES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 16, Section 16-2 thereof, The
Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, providing for
the powers and duties of Police Chief and City Manager relative to traffic,
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following sub-
paragraph:
"(i) To designate bus routes;"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rdday of September
