AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY IN M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL)
DISTRICT, TO R-5 (ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of
buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence
or other purposes, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lot 1, Robinson's Survey, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 92 and 93, Seminole
County Public.Records, and Lots 26 and 27, A. D.
Stendiford's Addition, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, page I10, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, said property lying
North of llth Street and between Cedar Avenue
and the abandoned main line of Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad,
be, and the same is hereby transferred from M-1 (Light Industrial)
District, to R-5 (One and Two Family Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
