AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PORTION OF EAST STREET
EXTENDING FROM THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY
LINE OF CYPRESS AVENUE TO THE WEST
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF PINE AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of East Street extending from
the east right of way line of Cypress Avenue to the west right of way line
of Pine Avenue, be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned
as a public street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however,
7 feet on either side of the center line of the above-described property for
a utilities easement.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
