ORDINANCE NO. 821
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT PORTION OF A CERTAIN
EAST-WEST ALLEY LYING NORTH OF AND
ABUTTING LOT 6, BLOCK 2, TIER 5, E. R.
TRAFFORD'S MAP OF SANFORD, IN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain East-West alley
lying north of and abutting Lot 6, Block 2, Tier 5, E. R. Trafford's Map
of Sanford, according to Plat Book 1, pages 56-64, Public Records of
Seminole County, be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and aban-
doned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does
hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of December
