AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE PROVISIONS
OF ARTICLE VI, R-3 MULTIPLE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT, SECTION !, USES
PERMITTED, SUBPARAGRAPH (8), BY
PROVIDING THEREIN A PROVISION WHICH
INCLUDES OFFICES OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE pEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That ordinance number ??1 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other structures, and more specifically
Section 1, subparagraph (8) of Article VI thereof, providing for uses per-
mitted in R-3 Multiple Family Dwelling District, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto offices of certified public accountants as permitted
use.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
