AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY FROM R-2 (ONE AND TWO
FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT, TO R-5
(ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land
and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be, and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 8, Tier 14, and that portion lying
north of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad right-of-way
of Block 8, in Tiers 15 through 20, inclusive, and the
south one-half of Block 7, in Tiers 16 through 20,
inclusive, all in Plats of Seminole Park and Town of
Sanford, as recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 112, 113,
115, ll6and 117, andPlat Book 2, page 75, Public
Records of Seminole County, FIorida,
be, and the same is hereby transferred from R-2 (One and Two Family
Dwelling) District, to R-5 (One and Two Family Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
