AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX TO THE COR~
PORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AND TO MAKE A PART THEREOF AT THE EXPIRATION
OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
THIS ORDINANCE THE EAST 250 FEET OF LOTS 1, 2, 3,
AND 4, AMENDED PLAT OF DRUID PARK, AS THE SAME
APPEARS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIR-
CUIT COURT, SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PURSUANT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 171.04, FLORIDA
STATUTES, 1963.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby expressed and declared the
intention of the City of Sanford, Florida, to annex to said City and include
within its corporate limits the following described property, t - ' ·
o wit.
The East 250 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4,
Amended Plat of Druid Park, as the same
appears in the Office of the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court, Seminole County, Florida,
at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of approval of this
ordinance.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the pro-
visions of Chapter 171.04, Florida Statutes, 1963.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption, and upon the same becoming effective this
ordinance shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks
in the Sanford Herald, a newspaper published within the City of Sanford,
Florida.

day of September, 1964.
