AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX TO THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AND TO MAKE
A PART THEREOF AT THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30) DAYS
FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, LOTS
28 THROUGH 37 INCLUSIVE, AMENDED PLAT OF DRUID
PARK, AS THE SAME APPEARS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, SEMINOLE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1963.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby expressed and declared the
intention of the City of Sanford, Florida, to annex to said City and include
within its corporate limits the following described property, to-wit:
Lots 28 through 37 inclusive, Amended Plat
of Druid Park, as the same appears in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Seminole County, Florida,
at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of approval of this
ordinance.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the pro-
visions of Chapter 1 71.04, Florida Statutes, 1963.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption, and upon the same becoming effective this
ordinance shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks
in the Sanford Herald, a newspaper published within the City of Sanford,
Florida.

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
13th day of October, 1964.
