HomeMy WebLinkAbout843 ORDINANCE NO. ~_ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM R-2 (ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT, TO R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION l. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 8 through 12, inclusive, Block 4, and that portion of Lot A, Block 4, lying West of a certain North-South utility easement, all in Rosalind Heights, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 47, Seminole County Public Records, be, and the same is hereby transferred from R-2 (One and Two Family Dwelling) District, to R-3 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day3:~October, A D 19~4 C~E R T I F I C A T ~ I, H. N.
