AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ARTICLE IX, SECTION 1,
PARAGRAPH (1 7) OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 771
OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE
BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, SAID SECTION PROVIDING FOR USES
PERMITTED IN C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL)
DISTRICT, SAID AMENDMENT ADDING THERETO
APARTMENT BUILDINGS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article IX, Section 1, Paragraph (17) of
Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed February
26, 1962, as amended, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Sanford, said Article relating to uses permitted
in C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto as a permitted use apartment buildings.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
