AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY FROM R-lA (ONE FAMILY
DWELLING) DISTRICT, TO C-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 1 through 9 inclusive, and Lots 15 through 23
inclusive, of Block 3, Second Section of Dreamwold,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4,
page 30, of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-lA (One Family
Dwelling) District, to C-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26~ day of April, A.D. 1965.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 851, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the C~ty of Sanford, Florida, on
the 26~ day of April, 1965, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
27~ day of April, 1965.
