AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY FROM C- 1 (NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL) TO C-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION l. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended,
said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
All Block 1, Lots 1 through 16, Block 2, Lots 10 through 14,
and Lots 24 through 30, Block 3, all Block 4, Lots 16 through
19, and Lots 35 through 39, Block 5, all Block 6, in Dreamwold
Second Section, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
4, page 30, Seminole County Public Records; and Lots 1 and 2,
Wall Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 67, Seminole County Public Records; and all
Blocks 1, 2, and 3, Spurling Heights, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 19, Seminole County
Public Records; and Lot A and Lot B (less the southerly
125 feet), Woodruff Subdivision, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, page 44, Seminole County Public
Records; and northerly 511 feet of parcel described as:
Begin 10 chains West of NE corner of Section 1, Township
20 South, Range 30 East, run South 11 chains, East 1.15
chains, North 25 degrees East to North line of said Section
West 6.2 chains to beginning, all of Wall Subdivision according to
Plat Book 10, page 67, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby transferred from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial)
District, to C-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That alt ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
