Dear Ms. Small:
Thank you for your interest in exchanging data from our
computer systems via magnetic tape for permit control. We are
pleased to be able to comply with your request for information
from our real estate master files 'in exchange for permit
information from your computer system.
It is our understanding that this agreement will entitle
both the City of Sanford and the Seminole County Property
Appraiser's Office with monthly updates from our respective
systems. It is my further understanding that we mutually agree
to make these monthly update tapes ready for pickup by the first
of every month starting approximately March 1989. This office
will release its initial magnetic tape to you no later than July
7, 1988.
I am enclosing the tape record layouts for the information
that we will be sending to you and for the tape information that
we will be receivlng from you. Please review these and let me
know if you accept the layouts. Your signature below indicate~
that you agree to the intent and context of this letter and
enclosures.
I look forward to a mutually beneficial relationshiD between
this Office and the City of Sanford.
