BILL OF SALE
PAMALA OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation,
not for profit, located at Post Office Box 0216, Winter Park,
Florida 32790-0216, County of Orange, State of Florida, Seller, for
and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
valuable consideration paid to Seller by City of Sanford, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, Buyer, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged does grant, sell, transfer, convey,
and deliver to Buyer, all pipes, lines, gates, valves, valve boxes,
fittings, thrust blocks, equipment, lift stations, and other goods
which comprise the sewer system installed bySeller and located on
the following public easements or rights-of-way as shown on the
record drawings, more specifically described as follows:
PROJECT: PAMALA OAKS SUBDIVISION
Exhibit "A" (Legal Description Attached)
Buyer shall have all rights and title to the goods in itself
and its assigns.
Seller warrants that it is lawful owner of the goods and the
goods are free from all liens and encumbrances. Seller has good
right to sell the goods and will warrant and defend the right
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed this Agreement at

THIS WARRa%NTY DEED, made the ! day of ~, 1996, by
PaMALA OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation
not for profit, whose post office address is Post Office Box
0216, Winter Park, Florida 32790-0216 hereinafter called the
"Grantor", to CITY OF SANFORD, a political subdivision, whose
post office address is Post Office Box 1788, Sanford, Florida
32772, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee."
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS (S10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantee all that certain land situate in Seminole County, State
of Florida, viz:
Tract A (Lift Station Site) Pamala Oaks, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 46, Public
Records Of Seminole County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE aND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the
Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said land; that it hereby warrants the title to said land and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances except
real estate taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1995, and
easements and restrictions of record; provided, however, this
reference will not act to reimpose same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has signed and sealed
these presents the day and year first above written.
