~tanding with regard to the vacation of the above designated
and final approval by the City of Ordinance No. 3201.
Foperties, Inc. has Contracte to purchase all of the

lrpose of this letter is to set forth the agreement between
coperties, Inc. and the City of Sanford, regarding the

as follows:
1. The City will conclude the public portion of the alley
ion and will agree to record Ordinance No. 3201 at such time
