Dear Mr. Notestine:
Enclosed please find an executed copy of your proposed
letter contract of May 20, 1987 for survaying services in connec-
tion with our combined sewers project. It is requested that you
consider this letter your notice to proceed with this work.
Invoices under this contract should be submitted to my attention
at City of Sanford.

Dear Mr. ,Simmons:
In reference to the above project, the following is our proposed
scope of work and related fees. Upon your verbal authorization to
proceed, we have scheduled this work for production.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Utilize existing photography flown December 9, 1986.
2. Some additional field control is needed. Controlled photo-
graphy used for the Sanford Dist. Route Mapping will be used
for most of this project.
3. Produce planimetric mapping @ 1":30' of approximately 37,500
ft. of route. Map width is 200 feet wide centered on alle~qvays'.
All visible planimetric features will be plotted on the pencil
manuscripts. The original pencil manuscript will be the final
deliverable product. All field verification and drafting will
be done by Conklin, Porter & Holmes.
FEES:
1. All labor and materials to produce pencil manuscripts
@ 1"=30' of +-37,500 ft of route .................... $ 7,310.00
DELIVERY:
Approximately thirty days will be required to complete the survey
and mapping.

TERMS:
The CLIENT will be billed monthly, and the bill will be due and
payable upon receipt. Balances outstanding more than thirty (30)
days from date of billing shall bear interest at the rate of one
and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month. If the CLIENT fails to
make any payment due SRMC within thirty (30) days of the date of
billing, SRMC may, after giving seven (7) days written notice to
the CLIENT, suspend services under this agreement until SRMC has
been paid in full all amounts due for services and expenses. All
collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, shall be
paid by the CLIENT.
This agreement may be terminated without cause by either party
upon fifteen (15) days written notice. In the event of termina-
tion, SRMC shall be compensated, as provided herein, for services
performed to termination date and for all termination expenses.
SRMC appreciates the opportunity to submit our proposal on this
important project and looks forward to working with you. If you
have any questions or we may be of further assistance, please
call the undersigned.
AUTHORIZATION: To expedite Notice To Proceed we have included an
acceptance block below. An authorized agent of the firm accept-
ing responsibility for payment should sign and return one copy of
this letter to execute contract. Work can only begin upon re-
ceipt of signed copy.
