It is a pleasure to provide the City of Sanford with Sun Bank Cash
Management services. The Account Reconcilement enhancement will be a real
time and money saver for you.
As I mentioned to you, your July paid items for beth accounts
#0538-000145963 and 0538-000001112 will be fine sorted in n~nerical
order. In August, however, when you receive those items they will also be
fine sorted but in addition we will add our Partial Reconcilenent service
which also provides a very useful cc~0uter listing of items in check
number order.
I have enclosed descriptive material on this service. The monthly cost
will be offset by the earnings credit allowance on the average daily
collected balances in your Sun Bank Checking accounts. Should you have a
