The following represents the scope of work for Weller Pools in the development of the
Sanford Pool at Seminole High.
1. 50 meter Myrtha pool including layout (excavation is by others), fine grade, pool
concrete footings, plumbing, floor concrete, and back fill. Filtration equipment,
recL-culation equipment (any piping e~'posed to the ~mn!ight 'Mll be painted),
sanitation equipment, deck equipment, anchors for the 40 starting blocks, anchors
for the stanchions and anchors for the 1 meter and 3 meter diving stands, safety
and cleaning equipment, depth maxkings and 21 underwater lights are also

2. Pool electrical including 100 amp service from the transformer to the filter
shelter, pool equipment electrical, lights under the flker shelter, a duplex
receptacle in the equipment area, .grounding of the pool shell and pool lights,
installing 21 underwater lights and 21 transformers, grounding of the pool deck
reinforcing and any metal object within 5 feet of the water's edge and timing
system rough-in. 30,800 ¢~
3. Filter shelter canopy and concrete collector tank (including excavation, stone
under floor of tank, forming, rebar and concrete, backfill, railing around pump pit,
grating over the surge tank and an access ladder down into the pump pit) (we have
not included any wellpointing of the tank excavation). 31,025 ,/
4. Pool make-up water line (~om the bathhouse to the ~ilter equipment area
including a hose bibs/vacuum breaker in the equipment area and from the water
line to the pool shower; backflow preventor is not included) and shower.'

5. Pool deck ( 4-inch gray concrete with light-broom fmish) and deck drain
(approximately 150 LF of deck drain between the bathhouse and the pool) and
drain piping to a dry well. 48,100 '/
6. Furnish and install a 12-inch backwash line from the filter area to the storm drain
