THIS RELEASE OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT is made and execut E1 thiso7May of
May, 2009, by the CITY OF SANFORD ( "Releasor"), a municipal corporation, with offices at 300
North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771 in favor of James H. Dyson, Jr., and Gregory W.
Dyson ( "Releasee "), whose address is 1230 Kingston Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 22302.
WITNESSETH:
THE RELEASOR HEREBY releases unto the Releasee all of its rights under the
document styled "Drainage Easement," as recorded at Official Records Book 5329, Pages 19
through 22 of the Public Records of Seminole County which resulted from that certain document
styled "Agreement Relating To St. Johns Parkway Right -Of -Way And County, City, Dyson And
Stenstrom Properties, " as recorded at Official Records Book 5294, Pages 79 through 131 of
the Public Records of Seminole County. The Releasor need not grant or assign its rights to the
Releasee in view of the doctrine of merger with the Releasee being the fee simple title holder of
the property that was encumbered by the subject referenced Drainage Easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Releasor has executed this Release Of Drainage •
