The Chairman!' annmm*ed that the first business to be transacted would be 'the 'opening
of bids for covering the City Reservoir, as per revised specifications, t o wit : Untre`ated' pine
with Type B. Roof. ,
Thereupon the Clerk openeZL all" bids received, said bids being as follows:'

After a discussion as to the responsibility andy ability, of the low bidder to do th

Thereupon the question arose as to the time required. to complete, And as it" is ,.

Commissioner biller made the -mot�:on, hi eh: unanimously carried, that the bid of
Huddleston and Hunt for $3260.00 be accepted in vier -of the differenee•in time of 8 days be -'
tween the time required by Hnddlestan and Hunt and' the time required by Clarence Smith-.
Thereupon the City Manager was instructed to,have contract executed at once and
work to be eomienoed at the earliest possible moment, 'satisfactory bond to be furnished by the
Contractor.
Upon motion duly adopter' ; the Clerk iras• instructed to draw a aback in favor of the
Sanford Chamber of Commerce in amount of 200.00, said expenditure to be charged against the
Publicity Accs aunt
