It was moved-by Commissioner S 0 Chase and seconded by Commissioner 0 J Marshall
tbat�_ until a petition signed,by the majority of the property owners in said territory
is presented, the City Commission will not introduce Bill at Special Session 6f the
Legislature to have said.territory incorporated in the City Limits.
Mr A P Haggard presented plans for.the paving of, streets and driveways around the
City hall and jail, and was instructed to make up an estimate of the cost,:and the City

Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Fla.
{ announced that the City Commission had unanimously passed and adopted that certain ordi-
nance- entitled:
"An Ordinance providing for the regulation, registration and bonding of Real Estate
Bzpherf, And Real, Estate Salesmen, definin the term. "Real Estate Brokers ",,.and "Real
Estate Salesmen, -Creating the Sanford Real Estate' Broker's Registration Board, providing

Commissioner S O Chase introduced Resoluti=4241, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving- re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
o -Fark Ave. from__Geneva Ave.,north to a point 22 feet south of the extension of the north
l n of Lot 22 in the Plat of Fine Heights, a width of 24 feet."
and moved that same be adopted. Said motion being duly seconded, prevailed by-the unan-
iaoizt vote of the City Commission. Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced
that the City. Comlaidssion had unanimously passed and adopted that certain resolution'
numbered 241, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paying, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
of Park Ave. from Geneva St. north to a point 22 feet south of the extension of the nortl
'Al ie of Lot 22, in the -Plat of Pine Heights, a width of 24 feet."
