Commissioner E F'Housholder introduced Resolut1ot,4317, entitled:`
"-'A _RESOLUTION RPOVIDIAG FOR THE PAVING, RE,- PAVING_; HARD SURFACING"' AND* RE -HARD SURFACING
OF FOURTH STREET FROM LAUREL AVENUE WEST TO CEDAR AVENUE AND CEDAR AVENUE FROM THIRD STREET
TO FOURTH STREET A WInTH OF 24 FEET..
and moved that same be adopted. Said motion which was.dul* seconded- `pre'vailed`by the unan-
imous vote of the City Commission.
Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the City Commission
Of the":City_ of _Sanford,. Florida had- by unanimous vote passed and adopted than certain
resolution #317 entitled:
" A Resolution providiEg for the paving, re-paving , hard surfacing and _re-hard surfacing
of Fourth Street from aurel Ave. vest to Cedar-Ave. and Cedar Ave.. from .Third Street to
Fourth Stiee-t a width of 24 feet." .
The following bills were read, and the Clerk authorized to issue checks in pay
meat for same,. ( For list of bills see disbursement" book) .

sum of Fiv-s- Thousand ( $5,000.00) Dollars each, conditioned upon the faithful performance
by . the said Forrest Lake, S 0 Chase and E F Housholder of the du*ies devolving upon them as
Bond Trustees in connection with the eight issues of bonds of the City of Sanford, Florida
in the agpegate sum of One Million Five Madred and Seventy five Mxomean�d'5,J
Dollars. duly executed by each of said bond trustees, being presented,and the City Attorney
that said bonds were in correct legal form and properly executed, the said Fidelity
Bonds of the said Forrest Lake, S O Chase and E F Housholder, as bond trustees as aforesaid

SUPPZEMENT TO, AND A PART OF MINUTES OF AUGUST 23, 1926
City Commission met as a equalizing Board to hear azy complaints or objections as to the
proposed paging of the following streets:
IRD STREET from Pe an Ave. to Avacado Ave.( Widening)
AVACADO AVENUE From Third St. to First St. ( widening from �6 to 24 feet.)
There being no complaints or objections filed, the City Commission de-
clared the assessments equalized, approved and confirmed.
