Petition next received from the merchants and business men on Park Avenue requesting; that angular parkin ' be continued on this street from Com:nerci el St. south to Second St. instead of chrn�in:� it to parallel parking as requested at the last ;eeting. Thereupon, after considerable discussion and in view of the fact that this change in parking would reduce the number of parking spaces in this area, the Commission ordered that engular parking of motor vehicles be continued on Park Ave. from Co::.rr:crci 1. St. south to Second St. Consideration next given to the enforcement of the one hour parking on the streets in the rnein ousiness section. Thereupon , after considerable discussion, Chief of Police ;'Iil'lisms was instructed to enforce the one hour perking law during ;:usiness hours on First Street from Park 2(;1 Avenue east to Sanford Avenue, and on Park Ave,from Com:r.ercinl Street south to Second Street.
