The City Commission of the City of janf ord, Florida, met in adjourned session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida at 2:30 o'clock P M July 16,1940.
Present: Commissioner Walter S. Coleman, Mayor.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
On motion duly carried, the Commission next authorized an advance of $100.00 to
City Attorney Fred R. Wilson to be applied toward the cost of foreclosing on the
vacant lots in San Lanta 2nd Section and Amended Plat of Magnolia Heights.
The Commission then resolved itself into adjourned session as a Tax Equalization
Board to consider complaints registered at the meeting of July lst, as to the assessed
valuations for the year 1940, and to receive any other complaints filed with the
Clerk since that time
