The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida at 7 :30 o'clock P.M July 19, 1940.
Present:Commissioner Walter S. Coleman -, Mayor.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman..
The Commission then proceeded to sit as a Tax Equalization Board injadjourned
session to adjust any inequalities that may be found to exist in the 1940 tax roll
as prepared by the Tax Assessor.
Thereupon, after a lengthy study and comparison of the assessed valuations of properti
with'! -! similar properties of equal value, the meeting adjourned until a later date.
