CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, December 6 at 3:30 P 49,40
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 3 :30 o'clock P.M. December 6,
19 40 .
Present: Commissioner +481ter S. Coleman, Mayor.

Absent: Commissioner G.E.Rollins
Meeting called to order by the Chairman who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to confer with Mr. Ed.C."l4right end Attorney Joe Lee of Ed C.Taright
& Company, St.Petersburg, Florida, with further reference to effecting a settlement
for refunding the balance of the City's old bonded indebtedness.
Thereupon the Commission proceeded to a lengthy discussion with j`r. Wright
and Attorney Lee with respect to riarriving at a mutual agreement for ref unding the
balance of unref unded bonds and accrued interest thereon, of which $152,000.00 of
said bonds are represented by Ed. C.Wright & Company for the American National
Bank of Nashville, Tenn.
Action deferred, pending further consideration of several suggested modified
proposals submitted by Mr. Wright.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
