The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida:, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in the, City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. August 21, 1939•
Present: Commissioner Edward Higgins, Mayor.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Board then proceeded to a lengthy study of the estimate of revenues
and expenditures for the year 1939 -1940, as prepared by the City Clerk, after which
the meeting adjourned until 7:30 o'clock P.M. August 25th. 1939.
