The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 2:00 o'clock P. M. September 13, 1939-

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Board proceeded to a further study of the budget of revenues and
expenditures for the fiscal year 1939 -40, final action being deferred pending, further con-
sideration.
The meeting then adjourned until 1:00 o'clock P. M. September 18, 1939-
