at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. September 22, 1939•

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Board proceeded to a further study of the budget of revenues
and expenditures for the fiscal year 1939 -1940, final action being deferred pending
further consideration.
