The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Adjourned gessiom
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 O'Clook P.M. September 11, 1936.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Gommission resolved itself into a Tax Equalisation Board to con—
eider complaints or objections filed at the meeting of July 6th , 1936 or subsequently
filed with the City Clerk as to valuations, descriptions or otherwise as placed on the
1936 Tax Roll, as follows:

The Board next considered the personal property assessment against the
Eokerson Canneries Inc., and due to the inorease' -`.in the amount of this property, said
assessment was ordered increased f or the year 1936 to $7500.00.
There being no further complaints registered, the Board then adjourned as
a Tax Equalization Board �'UNWW , , and immediately reconvened
for any further business which may come before it.
Thereupon further consideration was given to the appointment of a Deputy Personal
Tax Collector to succeed M.D.Tarbell, deceased, the following having made application
for the position:

Ernest Krupp
After careful consideration of the various applicants for this position:,
Ernest,Krupp was designated as Deputy Personal Tax Collector and so ordered.
The Commission next proceeded to study the tentative budget of revenues and
expenditures for the fiscal year 1936 -1937, as prepared and presented by-the City Clerk,
action being deferred for further consideration.
The meeting then adjourned.
