FLORIDA, September 11, 7:30 P A-1 9--36 The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Adjourned gessiom at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 O'Clook P.M. September 11, 1936. Present: Commissioner S.O.Shinholser, Mayor. " R.R.Dupree " R.A.Leffler " M.J.Lodge " P.N.Whitehurst City Attorney Fred R.Wilson City Clerk, F.S. Lamsorr: Meeting called to order by the Chairman. Thereupon further consideration was given to the appointment of a Deputy Personal Tax Collector to succeed M.D.Tarbell, deceased, the following having made application for the position: A.H.Beokwith B.H.Guthrie' N.A.Colbert E.F.Lane Sam C . GFardner J.E.Preston Ernest Krupp After careful consideration of the various applicants for this position:, Ernest,Krupp was designated as Deputy Personal Tax Collector and so ordered. The Commission next proceeded to study the tentative budget of revenues and expenditures for the fiscal year 1936 -1937, as prepared and presented by-the City Clerk, action being deferred for further consideration.
