CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, January 7, at 730 P M. 19_ 37
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned
session at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7 :30 o'clock P.M.
January 7, 1937.
Present: Commissioner Edward Higgins, Mayor.

City Attorney Fred R. Wilson-
Absent: Commissioner P.N.Whitehurst
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Chairman announced that the purpose of the meeting was to confer
further with City Attorney Wilson on the proper steps to be taken in connection .
with the proposed refunding of the City's bonded indebtedness.
Thereupon a careful study was given to the matter, particular application
being given to the anticipated costs of such refunding.
There being no further business, the meeting then adjourned.
