CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, February 8th 7:30 P M -19-37
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Sessiorr
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 O'Clook P.M. February 8, 19372
with Mayor Edward Higgins and City Clerk F.S. Lamson in attendance, but due to lack
of a qyorum adjourned until 7:30 O'clock P.M. February 9th, 1937.
The Commission then re- oonvened as a Municipal Delinquent Tax Adjustment
Board but due to lack of a quorum adjourned until immediately following the adjourned
regular meeting of the City Commission to be held February 9th, 1937.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Current invoices and payrolls for the month of January 1937, properly
audited and vouchered as evidenced by vouchers Nos. 8487 through 9576, submitted,
examined, approved and payment ordered.
Monthly report of the Streets, Sanitation, Health, dater, Police, Fire and
Library Departments for the month of January , 1937, submitted and examined.
Bank statements in all accounts for the month of January 1937, properly
reconciled , submitted and examined.
Financial statement and statement df revenues and expenditures during the
month of January 1937, submitted and examined.
