The City Commission of the City of �--anf ord, Florida, met in adjourned session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, -at 7:30 o'clock P.M. September 30, 1937.
Present: Commissioner Edward Higgins, Mayor.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Report then read from Sidney A.Stubbs, Geologist, on the two additional test
wells drilled and same was ordered filed.
On motion duly adopted the Clerk was next instructed to reserve a -11 oaf surplus
in the Water Utility Department as of September 30, 1937, for improvements and additions-
to the Water Plant.

The Commission next proceeded to a T the budnet of revenues and expenditures
for the fiscal year 1937 -1935, after which the meeting adjourned until 7:30 o'clock
