The City Commission of the City of "Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned
session at the City Hall in the City of "Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Sept 20

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Mr. H.M. ',atson, President of the aanford Baseball Association., then
presented statement of revenues and expenditures of the "Sanford Baseball Club during
the 1937 season, showing a cash surplus at the end of the season of approximately
$562.83, and same was ordered filed as information..
The Clerk next presented report as to payments under the terms of the
lease of the Municipel Athletic Field:
League games played at night 38
Negro games played at night 1
League games played Sundays 7.

Disbursements:

Payment on account of contract
for purchase of floodlighting

A committee from the Sanford Golf Club next presented need for additional
appropriation for the municipal golf course during the fiscal year 1937 -1938, and
same was taken under consideration.
Further c nsideration next -iven to the preparation of the budget for the
fiscal year 1937 -1938, after which the meeting adjourned.
