S Lamson Chief of Police R.G.Williams Absent: Commissioner W.R.Dupree Meeting called to order by the Chairman. Current invoices and payrolls for the month of November , 1937, properly audited and vouchered as evidenced by vouchers Nos. 9333 through 9423, submitted, examined, approved and payment ordered. Monthly reports of the streets, sanitation, health, water, police, fire and library departments for the month of November 1937, submitted and examined. Bank statements in all accounts for the month of November, 1937, properly reconciled, submitted and examined. Financial statement and statement of revenues and expenditures for the month of November 1937 submitted and examined. Minutes of regular meeting of the Oity Commission and meting of the Municipal Delinquent Tax Adjustment Board of November 22, Special meeting of the City Commission of December Sth., and adjourned meeting of the City Commission of December 9th. 1937 read. and approved. "Mr. H.H.Coleman, local manager of the Florida Power & Light Co. next presented a proposed letter agreement under the terms of which the street lighting contract dated Oct 1,-1926, would be terminated ten years from the date of said letter agreement. Matter taken under advisement. Application next received from F. Menendez, 901 E. 7th St. for permit to sell beer and wines and on motion duly adopted, same was approved. Mr. P.Bayard Smith, representing a group of Shuffleboard players, next requested that the City furnish a caretaker for these Courts. Matter taken under consideration. Bids next received for installing plumbing in proposed "Comfort Station" immediately back of the City Jail as follows: H C Long $392.00 Lee Brothers 260.00 Action deferred. Engineer Fred T.
